<\/em><\/p>\n Ana- 7 September 2017<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Reflecting back to the beginning of the program with Yolande I was a little-wounded bird that lost its way in life. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Hurt by the world and people around me I was powerless on finding my way to happiness and to myself.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n As months went by I began to have many little lightbulb moments and my outlook on the world and most of all myself began to change.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Now at the end the program I feel empowered and I don\u2019t feel like a little-wounded bird anymore. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n I am strong because I believe in myself, I\u2019m soaring the sky with the wind at my wings and I love this feeling!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n Be true to yourself and know that you are the only one who is in charge of your own happiness, NO ONE else can do it for you. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n You can really do anything you put your mind to.
